1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and h77 ("h77", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the h77 website at h77.bar and all associated services, games, and features made available through that domain.

By creating an account, logging in, making a deposit, accepting a bonus, or otherwise using the h77 platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must cease using the platform immediately.

2. Eligibility Requirements

3. Account Registration and Security

Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account on the h77 platform. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, different names, different payment methods, or different devices — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.

Accurate Registration Information

When registering on h77, you must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information. The information you supply at registration must match your government-issued identity documents. h77 reserves the right to request documentary proof of identity, age, and address at any stage of the account lifecycle, including but not limited to first withdrawal requests.

• Full legal name as it appears on your national identity card (NID) or passport.
• Date of birth confirming you are at least 21 years of age.
• A valid mobile phone number registered in Bangladesh that you have sole access to.
• A valid email address that you actively use and have exclusive access to.

Account Security Obligations

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account access with any third party under any circumstances. h77 will never ask you for your password through any channel — any communication requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to h77 support immediately.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact h77 support immediately via live chat. h77 accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where you have failed to take reasonable steps to keep your credentials secure.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

h77 supports a range of payment methods suited to the Bangladesh market. All financial transactions on the platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Players are responsible for any fees charged by their payment provider in connection with deposits or withdrawals from h77.

Deposit Policy

The following conditions apply to all deposits made on the h77 platform:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 per transaction.
• Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. h77 does not accept deposits from accounts held in third-party names.

• Before your first withdrawal is processed, you must complete identity verification (KYC) by submitting a government-issued photo ID and proof of address. This is a mandatory one-time requirement.
• Active bonus wagering requirements must be fulfilled before a withdrawal of bonus funds or associated winnings can be processed.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

h77 offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to specific Terms & Conditions which are published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the terms of a specific bonus, the bonus-specific terms shall prevail in respect of that bonus.

The following general rules apply to all bonuses offered on h77 unless otherwise stated in the applicable offer terms:

• Bonuses are available to verified players who have met the minimum deposit requirement associated with the specific offer.
• All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement before withdrawal. The specific rollover multiplier is stated in the individual offer terms.
• Bonuses may only be used for the game categories or products specified in the applicable offer. Using a bonus on ineligible games may not contribute towards wagering requirements.
• h77 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice. Bonuses already claimed and in active wagering will not be retrospectively cancelled without cause.

6. Gameplay Rules and Fair Play

9. Account Suspension and Closure

h77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion where it has reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) a breach of these Terms has occurred or is likely to occur; (b) the account is being used for fraudulent or illegal purposes; (c) the account holder has provided false information during registration or KYC; or (d) continued operation of the account poses a risk to the platform, other players, or third parties.

Players wishing to voluntarily close their account may contact h77 support at any time. Where an account is closed voluntarily and no breach of Terms is involved, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method following standard verification.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the h77 platform — including but not limited to the website design, graphics, logos, text, software, game interfaces, and data compilations — is the intellectual property of h77 or its licensed providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and related laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You must not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any content from the h77 platform without prior written authorisation from h77. Unauthorised use of h77's intellectual property may result in account termination and legal action.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, h77 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service. h77's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with the platform shall not exceed the total deposits made by that player in the twelve months preceding the relevant claim.

h77 provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While h77 uses commercially reasonable efforts to maintain continuous platform availability, it does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Players access and use the platform at their own risk.

12. Changes to These Terms

h77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, h77 will notify players by displaying a notice within the platform or by sending a communication to the registered email address associated with each account. The updated Terms will specify the date on which they take effect.

Your continued use of the h77 platform after updated Terms have taken effect constitutes your acceptance of those updated Terms. If you do not accept the updated Terms, you must stop using the platform and contact support to close your account.
